Siegbert Nagl is a tax consultant and, as head of the Private Clients division at PWC Austria, has acquired a deep understanding of issues relating to foundations, family offices, asset structuring and asset succession.
His core areas of expertise are international tax structuring, including refinancing and transfer pricing. He is also a lecturer in this field at the Academy for Tax and Law.
As the former head of OMV’s tax department, he also has extensive practical experience in the areas of corporate tax law, risk management, financing and controlling.
As a lecturer and publicist, especially on the topics of transfer pricing, BEPS and foundations, he combines his experience with theoretical expertise at the highest level.
